Shipping Information and Returns

Our number-one priority is making Loving Baby Ventures a business that you would be happy to pass on to your friends. We accomplish this by making each and every one of our customers walk away happy!

If you discover that your order is not what you were expecting, send us an email using our contact page within three weeks of your order.

We will accept one sizing exchange free of charge, minus the cost of shipping back. All other returns and echanges will be less a 10% restocking fee. For items such as those relating to diapering, Lilypadz, DVDs/CDs, and soothers, we cannot offer a refund due to the sensitive nature of those items.

If you are located in central to north Vancouver Island, we are more than happy to arrange a pick-up or a drop off with cash payments.
