I washed mine for years in the washing machine and the colors are still just as vibrant as the day I took it out of its packaging. My little sister was just 4-years-old when I got my first Storchenwiege wrap, but she had no issues letting me carry her around on my back just to test it out... The fabric did not stretch one single bit with the weight of this 4-year-old. Awesome!
